Svetlana Crouch has represented clients in a variety of business matters, including business formation, transactions, litigation, including appeals, and disputes with the U.S. Customs. She has given several seminars on the issue of business interruption claims. Additionally, Ms. Crouch specializes in immigration law, and represents individual and business clients across the country in a variety of immigration matters. A native of Belarus, Ms. Crouch is one of the few Russian-speaking attorneys in Louisiana.
Ms. Crouch is a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans School of Law, where she was a member of Loyola Maritime Law Journal and a participant in volunteer tax assistance. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Lubbock Christian University, Lubbock, TX. Prior to joining Nicaud & Sunseri Law Firm, LLC, Ms. Crouch was employed in the financial services industry and held an NASD Series 7 license.
